We are a mother and daughter team in business together since 2019 offering therapies to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of the wonderful people of Stroud, Stonehouse, Nailsworth and not forgetting beyond to Gloucester, Cheltenham and Cirencester.
We specialise in providing Five Element Traditional Acupuncture and Psychodynamic counselling and offer both as individual therapies or as a combined treatment programme for assistance with trauma and/or palliative care.
My name is Sue.
I have been a practising Psychodynamic Counsellor in the Stroud ,Stonehouse, Gloucester and Cheltenham area for the past 8 years.
As your Counsellor I can help you cope with many of life challenges including Anxiety, Stress, Depression and PTSD/Trauma.

My name is Meg
I previously worked in community mental health before training as an Acupuncturist in Traditional Five Element Acupuncture at the renowned Acupuncture Academy in Leamington Spa. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and use all my experience to improve my knowledge and how I work within my clinic.
I have worked as an Acupuncturist in the Stroud, Stonehouse, Gloucester and Cheltenham area.
The holistic approach of traditional Acupuncture can be helpful with supporting individual health needs for clients of all ages It can support emotional and mental health as well as assisting with rehabilitation from injuries or long term physical conditions

Our venue in Stroud is fully accessible for clients with mobility issues

How to get there
It is easily reached from the surrounding valleys including Stonehouse, Nailsworth, Painswick, Dursley, Cirencester and from junction 13 on the M5 Cheltenham and Gloucester.
Stroud has several car parks near by.
