KPH Bespoke Service
Both as an Acupuncturist and as a Counsellor, we recognise that physical and mental health are intrinsically entwined particularly with chronic health conditions and PTSD/Trauma .
The beliefs you hold about yourself and the world, your emotions, your memories, and your habits all can influence both mental and physical health. These connections between what is going on in your mind and heart, and what is happening in your body, form the psycho-emotional roots of health and disease.
Stress and anxiety are often expressed physically as headaches, heart palpitations and insomnia.Chronic physical health conditions often influence mood and can result in anxiety and depression.
We offer a unique and individualized bespoke service which would combine both acupuncture and counselling therapies in a programme specifically tailored to your individual health needs.
Acupuncture and Counselling combined can help to restore balance in the body to achieve both physical and emotional wellbeing and enable you to manage your daily symptoms and stresses.
