Sessions are initially booked through email or telephone contact only.
Counselling Sessions are 50 minutes long.
Acupuncture Sessions are 45 - 60 minutes long.
A free 15 minutes initial telephone, or virtual ( by zoom) consultation is offered
Assessment for Counselling. £50.00 (50 minutes)
Assessment for Acupuncture. £60.00 (120 minutes: to include first treatment)

We do have a limited number of spaces with discounted fees for those who are in need for either counselling and acupuncture please enquire for more information

Method of payment
We request that each individual appointment is paid for either by cash at the conclusion of each session or by PayPal or BACS within 7 days of the appointment .
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours (Saturday, Sundays and Bank holidays do not count towards this) notice are charged at the session fee rate. We're happy to reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice.
It is expected that the session will start at the agreed time. Any session that begins after this time due to late arrival or for whatever reason unfortunately cannot be extended beyond the agreed finish time.
Confidentiality and Ethical practice
Counselling: It is agreed that the content of our work together will be conducted in accordance with the BPC and BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Acupuncture:work within the ethical guidelines of BAcC, adhering to the Council’s Codes of Safe Practice and Professional conduct.
All sessions are confidential but should during the course of our work together we consider that you are likely to endanger or cause harm to either yourself, or another person,we will retain the right to consult or inform an outside authority such as for example, your GP or the Police. We will always endeavour to inform you of our decision and explain our reasons prior to carrying out this action, however we retain the right to do so without prior consultation with you,if we should consider that the urgency of the situation requires us to act immediately in order to safeguard the physical safety of yourself or others.

The service offered is confidential and notes are kept during therapy. Paper records are destroyed after 7 years from your last appointment in line with BAcC and BACP guidelines. Electronic information is kept on file containing your contact details, until your final appointment.
